1) Will I really get the item I see on display on the website

Unlike many other online stores which sell hand made items, we display the exact item that you will be receiving with your order. Each item displayed on our website is for online sales ONLY. Once the item is sold it will be taken down from the website and a new product will be uploaded with a new picture. We might replace the sold product with similar looking items but you can be sure it will be a new product. Since our items are all Unique hand made items, this process does indeed take a lot of work but we believe that you have the right to see the exact item you purchase. So nowhere on our website will you see a statement saying, “The item you receive might be slightly different than the one displayed”. Instead we have turned that around and we like to say, “The item you receive will be the exact item on display!”

2) Is my credit card information safe?

For our credit card processing we use the world’s largest credit card processing company called PayPaltm which processed around 150 million credit card transactions last quarter worth 8 billion, with a fraud rate of only 0.00027 which is the best in the industry. So you can rest assured that your credit card information will be safe.

3) Do I need a PayPaltm account to make a payment?

No, you are not required to have a PayPaltm account to make a payment. You can use your PayPal account (if you already have one) or use any credit card as a type of payment.

4) Which credit cards can I use?

You can use Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discovery cards to make payments. You can also use your debit card if it has the Visa, MasterCard sign on it.

5) There was a piece of jewelry I really liked on your website yesterday. I came back to buy it today but it is not on the website anymore. Where is it?

Since each item is unique once an item is sold, it will be taken down from the website. You might be able to find similar but perhaps different colored products currently displayed on our website.

6) Do you charge sales tax?

Because we are a North Dakota State corporation, we charge North Dakota State taxes to all of our customers who are located in North Dakota. The tax is added to your total during the checkout process. If you do not live in North Dakota State, no sales tax will be added to your purchase.

7) How much does shipping cost?

We charge a flat US$3.95 shipping per orders that are being shipped within North America. Whether you put an order for 4 dollars or for 1000 dollars, the total shipping charge will still be just US$3.95.

8) Can I ship international?

Although most of our customers are in North America we can arrange to ship internationally. Please contact us at sales@aleynajewelry.com for further information on international shipping charges per country.

9) How long is the estimated delivery time?

Estimated delivery time is 2-5 business days for orders within the US. Delivery timelines for shipments to Canada are about the same as to the US. To ensure your order arrives in time for special occasions, we highly recommend you place your order well ahead of time.

10) Can I ship to another person or address?

Of course, during checkout, just enter the other party's name and address in the "Shipping Address" section. The order will be shipped directly to that address.

11) I'm shipping to a third party, because it's a gift. Do the products have price tags on them?

When the shipping and billing address is different the Shipping Address does not see the invoice. Instead the invoice will be sent to your billing address and the recipient will only see who shipped it (Aleyna Jewelry), who bought it (you), and who it went to (the lucky recipient her/himself). The recipient will also see the item numbers ("sku # 12-345"), and the product descriptions ("Evil Eye Bracelet, blue"). But there is no pricing information on or in the package.

12) Do you gift wrap?

Yes, please add your request that you would like your item gift wrapped in the comments section and we will wrap the item for you before it ships out.

13) I want to buy a gift certificate. Will I have to pay tax or shipping?

Sales taxes are not charged when you buy a gift certificate. If the recipient lives in North Dakota State where we collect sales tax, tax will be charged when the certificate is redeemed, as a normal part of the recipient’s purchase. Shipping, too, will be charged at that same time, as a normal part of the recipient's purchase.

14) I want to buy a gift certificate. Can you ship it for me anonymously?

Yes. In fact, many of our customers give them anonymously. Anonymous gift certificates have proven very popular as Secret Santa gifts for coworkers or Secret Valentines.
When you fill out the gift certificate form, just...
  1. DO type "Anonymous" into the "Your Name" box
  2. DO NOT put your name anywhere in the "Subject Line" box
  3. DO NOT put your name anywhere in the "Message" box.
Since there are no other identifying marks on the gift certificate, the recipient will never know who gave it to them.
We will send you a mail once the gift certificate has went out.

15) What happens after I buy a gift certificate for someone?

They get sent a mail with the code in which they can redeem the value of the Gift Certificate for one year

16) I just bought a gift certificate for someone. How long before you send the email to them?

Gift Certificates are usually emailed within hours of purchase

17) I just received a gift certificate. Do I have to spend it all at once?

No. You can use your gift certificate as many times as it takes to spend it all. If the gift was for $100, and you only spend $20 of it, there’ll still be $80 left for future purchases.

18) I just received a gift certificate. Can I exchange it for cash?

Sorry, no. Gift certificates can only be redeemed for product orders. They cannot be cashed-in. They cannot be returned for a cash refund.

19) Do gift certificates ever expire?

Yes. Gift certificates expire 365 days after they are initially purchased by the giver. Any balance remaining on the certificate will be forfeited.

20) I sent you a customer photo and I received a 10% discount. (Or I have a discount coupon I received.) I also have a gift certificate. Can I combine the discount (coupon) and the gift certificate?

No at this point you can not combine codes and/or gift certificates

21) What if my item is broken when it arrives?

In an unlikely event that you receive your item broken, you can send it back within 48 hours of receipt and you will get a store credit for the amount you have spent including shipping. Please call or email us before sending a product back

22) What is the return policy for items bought online?

You may return any item within 3 days of receipt for any reason. As long as the item arrives in the same condition sent, you will be given either store credit (for the amount excluding shipping) to use towards any other item or your money will be refunded (once again for the amount excluding shipping)

23) How often is the Aleyna Jewelry website updated?

The website is maintained every day. Items sold are taken out and new items are added on. So make sure to check back frequently so that you don’t miss out on the opportunity of buying that perfect unique item

24) What's in your newsletter?

Our free monthly newsletter contains information on our new products, creative ideas for you to use our products, etc. It also contains interesting facts and stories on travel and life around the world. You can check out previous issues in the archive section on our homepage.

25) How do I sign up for the newsletter?

You can sign up for our newsletter using the link on our homepage.

26) How do I cancel my subscription to the newsletter?

You can easily cancel your subscription by sending an email to newsletter@aleynajewelry.com and simply asking to be removed from the list.

27) Will I get a bunch of junk mail?

Absolutely not! When you subscribe to our newsletter, you will only receive that one newsletter e-mail every other week. We won't send anything else to you unless you ask us to. We also guarantee that your mail address will never be shared or sold to any third parties. We hate junk mail ourselves and never heard of anyone that doesn’t so you can rest assured we will keep your email address safe.
